Use our DDU Confirmation Service to monitor your mail as it travels through the mail stream to the postal destination delivery unit (DDU). We'll provide you with web-based progress reports and projected delivery statistics each day, from every postal delivery location responsible for delivering your mail.
Before the mailing reaches the DDU, we'll send out a notification letter, along with a cover from the mailing, to alert them that the mailing will be coming and what the customer's delivery requirements are. On the first day of the in-home delivery window, we will contact each DDU facility and ask if they have received the mailing and when they project the mail piece to be delivered to the consumer.
During the DDU Confirmation Service process, customers will receive daily reports that outline the projected delivery dates. We will continue the process of contacting DDUs until we've confirmed that 97% or more of the mailing has been identified as moving through the postal mail stream.

We offer a respondent program called Seed Confirmation Service, which provides in-home delivery information. Our network of respondents are required to call our postal monitoring team to report receipt of the mailing at their home. The information is then posted on our website for customers.
Custom Seed Confirmation Service reporting can provide the exact arrival date and condition of the mail piece as it is delivered to each target. In addition, statistical data is available on postal facility processing by region or state. All reports remain on our website for a period of 18 months, which allows you to monitor postal performance throughout the year. The information can also be downloaded in Excel, providing the capability to manipulate the data for future analysis.
The following standard Seed Confirmation Service reports are available online:
- INDIVIDUAL SEED REPORT: provides detailed information on each individual decoy, including: entry point and date, city, state, zip code, date of receipt, number of days in transit, on-time delivery status and the condition of the mail piece.
- DELIVERY/NON-DELIVERY REPORT: provides an overview of the delivery status of the entire mailing, showing customers the percentage delivered each day of the mailing cycle.
- DELIVERY PERFORMANCE REPORT BY PIECE: provides a detailed analysis of in-home delivery date performance split by entry facility.

OneSite is the first product to combine post-production shipment tracking and postal network tracking into one synchronized report. Customers can use OneSite to track their mailings from the time the finished mail pieces leave the production facility, travel through our logistics network and on through processing at the post office.
Linked to proven postal technology, OneSite is the most cost effective method for customers to monitor large volumes of non-carrier route sorted mail. OneSite works with all classes of mail and offers a diverse range of tracking and reporting tools. OneSite helps customers evaluate campaign strategies as the mail is processed. Customers can receive advanced notice prior to delivery and draw on detailed, web-based reports that can help with quick decision-making.
The OneSite process begins with a combination of specially designed barcodes (USPS Planet Codes) and the data that is generated as each planet coded mail piece is processed on USPS scanning equipment. The Postal Service captures the scanned electronic data on a centralized server, we process it with our logistics information along with USPS ConfirmŽ and FAST scheduling data and then create easy to use reports.
